Based in Shanghai, the team is committed to take sales and marketing activities to new levels, and as a member of the team, you will play a key role and be rewarded for your drive, innovative ideas, and results based on a very clear set of KPIs.
As an Associate Director of Enrollment you will define and implement a go-to marketing strategy to recruit internationally-minded high-quality students for programs in London, Shanghai, Dubai, Boston, San Francisco and New York. You will represent the school at various fairs, conferences, and events, advise prospective students on the programs in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrolment & admission process, engaging and nurturing relationships from initial student contact through them arriving in class. You will work collaboratively with the Regional Marketing Team in the development of marketing strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social media activities).
To be a successful Associate Director of Enrolment you need a Post-Graduate degree, be fluent in English and preferably able to speak Chinese. You should have at least two years in sales business development or recruiting with proven success of exceeding targets preferably in a B2C environment with at least two years work experience and market knowledge of the education industry in China. You should have International experience (professional or personal) and passionate to work in a multicultural environment. You need strong commercial instincts, strong business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to handle pressure and demands of the industry in a fast-paced and changing environment. You need a flexible and positive outlook. A young and creative mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and outside of the box thinking, be target driven with a “nothing is impossible” positive attitude.
